David Carson is a third generation lawyer who has been involved in tax, real estate, and commercial law for over twenty five years. David is an instrument rated pilot who regularly flies a Mooney. David is an avid skier and can usually be found on the slopes of Whistler each winter.

Kari Petrasek received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice from Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota and received her law degree from the Seattle University School of Law. She is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is currently president of the Washington Young Lawyers Division. Her practice areas include Juvenile Law (including dependency/termination and criminal cases), Business Law, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation. She enjoys skiing, golfing, and attending Mariners games in her free time. 

Bruce R. Bell graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976 and received his law degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1979. He is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association. Mr. Bell's practice areas include: Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, Creditor Bankruptcy, and Guardianships. Bruce is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys playing golf.

Peter Ojala brings his prior career experience in land surveying and hydrogeology to the practice of law. Peter dedicates his legal practice to representing clients in all areas of real estate including land use issues and development, environmental law, water law, permitting and compliance. For business clients, Peter’s practice includes transactions, contract disputes, liens, foreclosures, and construction disputes and contracting.  When litigation is necessary, Peter is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Washington.  Peter also represents several local governments and special purpose districts, including towns, flood control districts and dike districts. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in geology from Western Washington University, and a professional career at a fortune 500 engineering and environmental firm, he attended Gonzaga University School of Law and was just one of a small handful of graduates to receive a concentration in Environmental and Natural Resources Laws. When he is not working or with his family, Peter is active in his community.  His volunteer work is a natural extension of his skills and interests. Peter is a Trustee with the Sky Meadow Water Association.  He also volunteers in various capacities at his church directing and leading camps, and volunteers on his home owner’s association board. Outside of that, Peter plays golf well, but hockey poorly.
